SEO for Multiple keywords and localize SEO

Hello, I m new to SEO. I m still a bit confused abt the following things-.

1. I have 4/5 keywords/phrases in my site (but the keywords are in different pages )that I want SEO for. Now, if I follow on-page seo techniques on all pages, will my site be optimized for all those keywords?

In this case if users query those keywords/phrases, which will be the landing page? How can I specify a particular page for particular keyword with on-page SEO.

2. How to localize the SEO ? I mean-I just want to SEO my page for my country. IF people in my country query my keywords, they will find it easily.

First you decide things : Yes you can do onpage of home page along with inner page but every page has unique title and keywords.

2nd thing you have to ask about  Local keywords : Yes you target also local keywords if you are providing service lin locally not globally.

Assign keywords and one long tail that is close to the main keyword once for each page. Attaching too much terms on each page can be confuse the bots.

Create different pages for each keyword, optimize the onpage factors for each keyword.    Use Webmaster tool for defining the target people and country which you want to target as well as buy country domain and hosted same region server too these points will help you to get rank well for local

Well if you want to promote your website for more keywords it's great if you target 3 keywords for each page and optimize each page for unique 3 keywords. If you do that each of your page that you are promoting for different keywords will be ranked with same keywords.

For local promotion its better if you register your business for Google maps and local business listings. Also you can use local directories and bookmarking websites for your website. Another effective method is to use localize keywords for your website like best car deals in new york etc.

4-5 is also less i even optimizae for more. But yeah all keywords should be like related eg: web development company, web development services such type of and you will easily able to get ranking on each keywords
