Yes you can use multiple keywords in your meta title as you have shared above... But make sure it should as per the guidelines and it should not look like keyword stuffing.. Rest all is good go ahead with your meta title format.

You can add keywords according to the title tag but keep the length of the title tag to 70 characters.

Using multiple keywords in Meta Title is a good idea. But first analyse your competition keywords. According that use long tail keywords in Meta Title.

Your watchword arrangement in the Meta Title is great and inside character limits. Anyway I would recommend you to make a different "Pants Supplier" page with significant substance. That will enable your pages to rank quicker.

Egyptian Cotton Shirts Manufacturer & Supplier | %%sitename%%

The first one looks like a perfect title for your homepage, if you want to create a title for category pages, they should be more precise, including keywords according to a certain category.

instead of placing just keywords in meta title it is good to use some meaning full title for each individual page because title and description will make the viewer click the page if you just paste keywords it will not attract them. Even click-through rate (CTR) is one of the aspects Google consider in ranking your site.
