Hello James Miller,

Your Meta Description is currently available in your website. In Google they are crawling and indexing page in frequent times only it's vary on each and every site.

What's happen to your site is,

Google Previously crawled your website and stored your old Meta description.
It shows that when your site doesn't have the meta description.
It's not harm your SEO.

Google image search receives over 1 billion page views every single day. It's safe to say, image search is part of many searchers' daily Internet activity. The higher your images rank in image search, the more likely people will visit your pages through image search.

Your webpage showing with title and description at SERP. May be it was a delay in crawling of your fresh meta due to which your old meta was showing at SERP. Once google will fetch, all your webpage shows with new meta at SERP.

Firstly, it's important to note that meta keywords are no longer a significant factor in search engine optimization (SEO). Most search engines no longer consider them when ranking websites. So, if your meta keywords are missing, it should not harm your business.

On the other hand, meta descriptions play a crucial role in SEO. They provide a summary of your webpage's content and appear in search engine results, giving users an idea of what to expect when they click on your website. If you are seeing meta descriptions in Google search results, it means your website is likely generating dynamic meta descriptions based on the content on the page.

To ensure that your website's meta descriptions accurately represent your pages, you can manually add meta description tags to your HTML code. This way, you have more control over the information displayed in search engine results.

If you're unsure how to add or update meta tags on your website, I recommend consulting with a professional web developer or an SEO specialist who can assist you further. They will be able to review your website and make any necessary adjustments to optimize your SEO performance.

Here are a few more points to consider regarding your website's meta tags:

1. Meta Description Length: Ensure that your meta descriptions are concise and compelling within the recommended length of around 150-160 characters. This helps search engines to better understand the content of your web page and display an accurate summary in search results.

2. Unique Meta Descriptions: Avoid using the same meta description across multiple pages on your website. Each page should have a unique and relevant meta description that accurately reflects its content.

3. Relevant Keywords: While meta keywords are no longer vital for SEO, it's still important to include relevant keywords naturally in your page's content and meta description. This can help search engines understand the topic of your page and improve its visibility in search results.

4. Reviewing Other SEO Factors: Meta tags are just one aspect of SEO. It's crucial to consider other factors like quality content, proper header tags (H1, H2, etc.), internal linking, user-friendly URLs, mobile responsiveness, page load speed, and obtaining backlinks from authoritative websites.

5. Utilize SEO Tools: Consider using SEO tools like Google Search Console or other third-party tools to track your website's performance, monitor rankings, identify technical issues, and optimize various aspects of your website.

Sometimes it can take a week or more for a search engine to update search results. This is because your website is new and doesn't have any inbound links. First, create an account on Google webmaster tools. When you register and point Google to your sitemap.xml URL you can request them to re-crawl your URLs.
