1.Titles are unique for each page

2.title length are between 50 to 60 characters

3.description tag is between 150 to 160 characters

4.description tag is not over stuffed with keywords

5.permanent link structure format

6.h1 heading for title

7.use of h2 and h3 for heading

8.small paragraph and use of bold and italic

9.is there a unique logo for the web site

10.is there a favicon (favicon means an icon associated with a particular web site)

11.content on the web site is fresh

12.content length on post pages

13.interlinking pages-do you link internal pages

14.interlinking-use of anchor text (is it varied)

15.trying to rank for high competitive words

16.is there an alt tags for all images

17.are image files name descriptive

18.image file size is optimized
    (Image optimization is using the most compressed (smallest file size
     yet visually acceptable image in the proper file format for the specific role of the image)

19.blog comments have the no follow tag

20.external links have the no follow tag

21.banner ads have the no follow tag
