Of course pay pal is safe and one of the best best online payments methods .Paypal has always been a trustworthy  its fast and provide maximum level of security on all the banks transactions making it a good alternative of contemporary  heavy cash parcel and cash on delivery  methods.

Guys, be careful. There is Paypal scam that is going on. If you get an email and you're not sure if it was legit or not simply do not click on any links, or if possible do not open the email. You can contact Paypal  and ask them about your situation or any issues you have incurred.

Thanks @ejohnl for the update. @arniemar if paypal is suspended then what will happen with your CC $? All those $ will be lost with that suspended account or what? Please clear the situation. I never faced any situation like that. I need to know.

I have been using PayPal account from a long time and I have linked it to my CC. Not a problem at all. Yet not very sure about the safety.
