Anyone here using wordpress as a directory ? either in it's default form i.e. making each post a listing or maybe using a plugin. would be interested to hear everyone's thoughts on this ?

I've used wordpress as a directory and google loves it. I just use the custom fields to link to the url and add other site details normal to most directories. It works really well I must say!

Are you still using this? I'd love to see how it functions. I tried a few directory plugins but they weren't that good and I haven't seen one worthy yet.

You know, I never though of that. Wordpress is surely a flexible CMS and it will surely be a powerful directory. I would use it instead of buying a phpLD
