Why is Google Plus less used than Facebook?

I think Google+ is better than Facebook for small businesses. Actually, I think it's even going to be bigger than Facebook in a year or so. Let me tell you why. Google's existing features, such as YouTube comments and Gmail. It also acts as a identity service, by interacting with Google's other services so that content that users share and comment on are attached to the same account.

If a person wants to target a massive amount users then they will prefer to choose facebook rather than google plus. Interaction is way easy in facebook compared to g+. But if you want to have a good amount of traffic to your website then might as well use both.

Maybe it is true, and Google+ less used than Facebook but here is an article http://hotblogtips.com/google-plus-more-powerful-than-facebook where you can read why Google + is more powerful than Facebook.
Are you agree with it?

Google+ is a great social network, but it's not as good as Facebook. Here are some of the reasons why:
-None of our friends are using it, which makes the service irrelevant.
- Facebook just swiped Google's Circles idea and did it better.
- Google+'s user interface is already outdated, a few months after its inception.
- Google+ lets you share with anyone, so it's easy to get spammed.
- Google+'s "Stream" isn't condensed enough, and we hate scrolling.

G+ tried to be Facebook, but there was already a Facebook and it works quite well. Now G+ is focusing on communities and collections. They shifted their focus on interest-based-groups, but who knows if it isn't already too late.
