What a hash-tag can do in Google+ when we post anything on our page? If we combine two words for example #Googlemaps or #Google_maps which one is better option to do so? If there is another good option to use hash-tags then what is it and how it works?

hash tags- is like tags in wordpress. They are used to get search results in social network- used not only in google+, but other social networks as well.
Lets say open now twitter and write #SEO in the search box--> you will see all discussions related- find out who is interested in your niche- who is talking about your topic- maybe someone need help- maybe someone promote services you would like to order?

The hashtags you use are going to be the key to getting you found. You would like them to be relevant, but also popular. You can take a look at G+, see what's trending, and try to incorporate one of those hashtags. You can use hashtags that are very specific to what you're speaking about, and you can use hashtags about general ideas you're discussing in your posts.

Hashtags are worthy is they are correctly spelled, best way to use it is dividing words by using capital letters i.e: #HaveAGoodDay this works best than adding _ or -, Hashtags are used on all media platforms it helps people find and join conversations about a particular topic. Click on a hashtag to show related content and yes works on G+

Hashtags in general are the same use in every social media. But I thnik they aren't popular in Google+ so add them just incase someone else guides their topic via hashtag

Hash-Tags are not use in G+ but also in many social networking sites like twitter, facebook and pinterest, if you mention hash-tag in your post other people can easily see your post and many peoples are search only sort words For example(search "Gift") then the post look at front so if you mention a word with hash-tag then your post look by many peoples.

The hashtags you utilize will be the main element to getting you found. You desire them to become relevant, but popular also. You can consider a glance at G+, observe exactly what is trending, and make an effort to include among those hashtags. You may use hashtags that have become specific from what you're talking about, and you may make use of hashtags regarding general suggestions you're talking about in your articles.

Generally, Google+ hashtags work the same way they do on any other social media network such Twitter or Facebook. Hashtags allow you to "tag" updates in order for others to easily find them.

Google + hashtags helps people to discover your content, even if they are outside your circles. Google + uses hashtags to explore a topic rather than curate it.  When you search for hashtag within Google+. the network auto-selects related hashtags and trending topics and returns those along with the hashtag you typed in.
