There is no such tool in Adwords to see the keywords of competitors. Adwords won't disclose the exact data about your competitors because it is against privacy policy. You should use Auction insights report, it lets you to compare your performance with your competitors who are participating in the same auctions that you are.

As per my opinion its better to concentrate on your own keywords. Keywords tool will help you to find related keywords for your website. If you concentrate on multiple long tale keywords then it will help for your adwords campaign..

There is no such tool in adowrds to see the competitor's keywords. But yes you can find out the competitors name and can compare your performance with them who are participating in the same auctions that you are.

Keyword Auction Insights : With the Auction insights report, you can see how often your ads rank higher in search results than other advertisers, and how your share of total possible impressions compares with theirs. This information can help you make strategic decisions about bids, budgets, and keyword choices by showing you where you are succeeding and where you may be missing opportunities for improved performance.

To find the auction insight report -

1.Click the Campaigns tab.
2.Click the Keywords tab.
3.If you'd like to select a specific keyword or set of keywords (rather than running a single report for all your keywords together), click the box next to the keyword or keywords you're interested in.
4.Click the "Details" box at the top of the statistics table
5.In the dropdown menu, under "Auction insights," click "All" or "Selected."
7.You'll now be taken to your Auction insights report

Find out your major competitors by searching on search engine using different kind of terms and keywords, suggested by your keyword tool and then by viewing their source code you can find their keywords.

Google does not provide any kind of tool which can be used to find competitors keywords, as it follows privacy policy but  you can use "auction insight report" to compare your performance with your competitors (only those competitors who are participating in same auction).

Log into AdWords, navigate to the Keyword Planner, and locate the "Find new keywords" option. Then, select "Search for new keywords using a phrase, website or category". Once you've opened the form, click on the text field under "Your landing page" and enter your competitor's URL, and then click "Get ideas"

I want to recommend this good article https://www.searchenginejournal.com/5-free-tools-for-competitor-keyword-research/28015/
where you can find information not only about how to find out competitors keywords with a help of Google AdWords, but also with other good tools! Good luck!

There are some tools out there that will supposedly tell you what keywords and other information about a website's paid activity. They are subscriptions but do provide limited information for free.

As a PPC professional, I don't use them and even been called stupid for not using them. Why? Because this information, if it was anywhere accurate, don't provide any value to you. As Web-Master said, concentrate on your own campaigns and not worry about what others are doing. It's something that's out of your control. They may not even be doing things right so not a good idea to copy them.

What can be useful as uditsh said is to look at Adword's auction insights. It tells you who else is in the same auctions as you and their campaign stats relative to you. Those are your real competitors.

You need to worry more about how to make YOUR own campaign better to beat competitors, not what their keywords are (if you don't know what keywords you should be using, you are in trouble) or how much they spend.

To find the competitor keywords you need to use the keyword planner through which you can find the new keywords and in other words you can get the ideas of new keywords and identify the keywords of competitors. You can also get the help from the google adwords.
