Site looks a bit scammy but there are reports of people getting paid by them.

Basically it's that old "Are you sure you want to leave" box then redirects you to another site.  It pays a lot higher than ads although it may hurt you because of people getting annoyed and not returning.

Hey, I visited site but I can't see any FAQ tab.. How much do they pay and what work we have to do ? Have you earned from it?
