You can see PPC Ads on top and right hand side also. Some time it now show on top show below after organic site results. To show your ads on top , you need good quality score and high bid, you can get your ads on top for particular keywords. Sometime website repeated in results within different pages of search results.

The difference between the same website appearing on multiple pages of search results versus different websites changing on each page typically has to do with the competitiveness and relevance of the keyword being searched.

When a website appears on multiple pages, it means that it is highly relevant to the keyword and has a high quality score in Google's ranking algorithm. This website has likely invested heavily in paid advertising (Pay-Per-Click or PPC) to secure top positions across multiple pages.

On the other hand, websites that change from page to page are relatively less relevant or have lower quality scores. These websites may not have invested as much in PPC advertising or may not have been able to secure top positions for every page of search results.

As for the difference between ad placements, the ads that appear at the top of the search result page are known as "top of page" ads. These positions are highly coveted because they maximize visibility and receive the most clicks.

The left-hand side of the page usually shows text-based ads called AdWords ads. These ads are integrated within the organic search results and can offer highly targeted advertisements based on the search query.

Ads at the end of the page, also known as "bottom of page" ads, often receive less visibility and fewer clicks compared to ads at the top. However, they can still generate some traffic and conversions for advertisers targeting specific searches or niche audiences.

It's important to note that Google regularly updates and changes its algorithms for ranking and displaying ads, so the specific placements and strategies mentioned above may vary over time.

PPC is an online advertising model in which advertisers can display ads for their goods or services when users – people searching for things online – enter relevant queries into search engines. Advertisers are only charged when a user actually clicks on their ad, hence the name pay-per-click.

PPC stands for pay-per-click, a model of internet marketing in which advertisers pay a fee each time one of their ads is clicked. Essentially, it's a way of buying visits to your site, rather than attempting to "earn" those visits organically. Search engine advertising is one of the most popular forms of PPC.

Depending upon different factors Google evaluate your ad based on quality score, relevancy, bid amount and provide a place accordingly. When a users searches a query your ad is put into auction and then get a place based on these factors.

PC is an online advertising model in which advertisers can display ads for their goods or services when users – people searching for things online – enter relevant queries into search engines. Advertisers are only charged when a user actually clicks on their ad, hence the name "pay-per-click." Due to the nature of keywords and the role they play in paid search, pay-per-click advertising can also be referred to as keyword advertising.
