It’s important to understand the difference between PPC and PTC applications. Pay Per Basically click (PPC) gents you pay for every click through to your web page after deciding upon up for a pay-per-click- program such as Google AdWords. Compensated To Basically click (PTC), on the other hand is entirely different.

Paid To Basically click is a rather dull area way of getting visitors or visitors to your web page. There are many paid to click companies that guarantee excellent visitors to your web page. Ads are provided up to members within a account system and on specified sites only. The ads are shown for discussed time period, and each customer pays per select an ad if they view the ad for the entire length of the display time

PPC stands for Pay Per Click... it is basically pay on ads of clicks you can say it is based on click search engine...
on other hand PTC stands for paid to click. This is completely different from PPC program. PPC is also used to get from your website traffic, but traffic from the search engine for here, but on the other hand PTC is that this is the driving mode of transportation may be through display ads increase earning impression. PTC is good way in seo side.

PPC stands for pay-per-click, a model of internet marketing in which advertisers pay a fee each time one of their ads is clicked. Essentially, it's a way of buying visits to your site, rather than attempting to “earn” those visits organically. Search engine advertising is one of the most popular forms of PPC.

Paid To Click is a rather grey area way of driving traffic to your website. There are many paid to click companies that promise excellent traffic to your website.

According to wiki: Paid-To-Click, or simply PTC websites, act as middlemen between advertisers and consumers; the advertiser pays for displaying ads on the PTC website, and a part of this payment goes to the viewer when he views the advertisement.
PPC is an Internet marketing method. In this marketing model advertiser have to pay a fee each time one of their ads is clicked

PTC = Paid To Click. Advertisers can buy a certain amount of clicks, and the members get paid for clicking these ads. These are excellent signup sources for sites like Browse4Cash. Those we recommend are Clixsense and Wordlinx.
PPC = Pay Per Click. Advertisers can buy a certain amount of clicks by bidding on a cost per click. You pay only when a person clicks on your ad.  He's not paid to do it, so he is really interested in your ad.  This makes PPC a much higher quality traffic generator than PTC.  For beginners in PPC we recommend Bidvertiser.  Bidvertiser gives you maximum exposure with a very easy to use interface.
