I can provide you with some general pain-points that contextual specialists may face and how certain services or tools can help reduce manual work and improve efficiency:

1. Researching bids: Researching bids for contextual advertising campaigns involve analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and keyword performance. This process can be time-consuming and require manual data collection. Utilizing bid management platforms or tools that provide automated bid suggestions and real-time market insights can significantly reduce the time spent on bid research.

2. Keyword research: Finding relevant and high-performing keywords is crucial for effective contextual advertising. Manual keyword research often involves brainstorming, analyzing search volume, competition, and relevancy. Keyword research tools can automate this process by providing keyword suggestions, search volumes, competition metrics, and other valuable insights to streamline the keyword selection process.

3. Competitive analysis: Monitoring and analyzing competitor strategies is essential to stay ahead in the market. Identifying competitor ad copies, landing pages, targeting methods, and bidding strategies can be time-consuming. Competitive intelligence tools can automate these tasks by providing detailed insights into competitor activities, allowing contextual specialists to make informed decisions quickly.

4. Ad creation and optimization: Creating effective ad copies that resonate with the target audience can be challenging. Manually testing and optimizing multiple ads can be time-consuming. Utilizing ad creation and optimization tools that leverage machine learning algorithms to test, analyze, and optimize ad creatives can significantly reduce manual work and improve ad performance.

5. Performance tracking and reporting: Collecting and analyzing campaign performance data manually can be time-consuming and prone to errors. Using analytics and reporting tools that provide real-time data visualization, automated reporting, and performance alerts can save time and effort for contextual specialists.

Overall, leveraging automation, machine learning, and data-driven tools can greatly assist contextual specialists by reducing manual work, saving time, and providing valuable insights for better decision-making.

SpyFu and SEMRush are the two I lean on most. SEMRush has more money to keep their platform going. AdWords and Google's tools are also good free options.

You can give a try to SpyFu for analyzing Adwords performance of any keyword or your competitor. And for analyzing your own ad performance Google Adwords itself is the best solution.

SEMrush's keyword research tools are free to use, but if you want to track keywords (which I recommend), you'll need to upgrade to a paid.

Honestly, I am not 100% sure, but when learning the previous topic, there was a content that specified "Spy Tools". What better you can do is to search them on Google, let me tell you that they work as serving ads based on your niche which is trending among the audience.

Selection of research tools also depends much on the social networking platform where you are working. When it comes to Facebook, you can see tools like Addespresso, Hubspot as well as PowerAdspy. Apart from tools, every networking platform offers features within them for searching ads on the basis of keywords or niche.
