Submit your website in Google search Console for Indexing purpose. Your website will get index in Google search.

Now these are some tools which simplify the process of finding the right blog. A bit of advice, don’t be greedy, do not get cling to do-follow blogs only, an excess of everything is harmful. Do consider to comment on some no-follow blogs too.

I think using a search term for which you want to rank in Google in the title is quite beneficial from a link-building perspective. It's common that people add anchor text in the title of a piece, which guarantees that links you acquire have a higher chance to have the targeted keywords in their anchors.
