Your title tag has lots of spacing for characters, but you should use no more than 65 to 70. More than that and Google won't likely show all your wording. Plus, start off with your main keyword in the title if possible. Next, don't use extraneous words like "the" or "and" if possible. Thus, a dentist should say the word "Dentist" in the title. The next important wording would be the city you're in, as in "Dentist in Denver" or "Denver Dentist."
