Hello everyone,

I wake up this morning and surprising look at google search console and can not see any "link to your website" "internal link". I try to search and see that it is not too hurry about this issue becasue it will not affect my ranking. However, do you know when it will become to normal? Do you have any experience?

Nice weekend everyone.

well i cant understand it, how i lost so many backlinks according to google web master tools, i have checked the linkage in webmaster tools "links to your site" > more > Refering Sites and seen that Data from Google Analytics is linked up to the right code provided from them and seen the data showing live statistics, i cant think of anything else that can make backlinks dissapear ??

Well, After some days. It came back to normall. So, maybe it is an update of google.

You need to provide an actual URL to receive a detailed question but in lieu of that, it could be any of the following:

    broken/incorrect canonical tags
    site/page failures/outages (40x, 50x etc)
duplicate content (Google choosing to index one page over another because they are overly similar)
    incorrect or broken redirects
orphaning pages (no or very little internal navigation)
    accidental application of meta noindex
    accidental blocking by robots.txt
lowered crawl allocation due to poor site reputation
too many navigational links are broken (broken internal navigation will be seen as poor UX and may result in pages being removed from index

The problem is might be due the google update that as of yesterday all backlinks (Links to your site) apart from one disappeared from Search Console. Links are still active, dofollow and detected by other crawlers like Majestic. Also, there are no messages, manual actions needed or URL remove history in SC. They just disappeared.

One of the sites was hаcked and started sending spammy links to the main domain, all related to adult content. The site was shut down on 12/6/16 and our main domain recrawled right after, and several times in the weeks after.
