It's important to note that disavowing backlinks should be approached with caution and is typically considered a last resort. Before taking any action, it may be helpful to consult with an SEO professional who can analyze your specific situation in more detail. They can provide personalized advice based on your website's history, backlink profile, and other factors.

That being said, if you believe that the backlinks from mydomain.ca and mydomain.in are causing harm to your main domain, you might consider disavowing them. However, keep in mind that disavowing these links could also result in a decrease in your overall backlink count and potentially affect the ranking of those specific domains. It's essential to assess the quality and nature of those backlinks before proceeding.

Additionally, it's worth investigating other potential reasons for the penalty, such as content quality, user experience issues, or technical SEO problems. These could also impact your website's performance in search rankings.

If you suspect that the backlinks from mydomain.ca and mydomain.in are causing issues for your main domain, you can analyze the quality of those backlinks using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Moz. Look for any low-quality or spammy backlinks that might be negatively impacting your site's ranking.

After identifying problematic backlinks, you have a few options:

1. Disavow the backlinks: If you are confident that the backlinks are harmful, you can use the Google Disavow tool to signal to Google that you don't want those backlinks to be considered when evaluating your site's ranking. However, exercise caution and thoroughly evaluate the backlinks before disavowing them. Improper use of the disavow tool can potentially harm your site further.

2. Attempt to remove the backlinks: Reach out to the website owners hosting the backlinks and request their removal. This approach can be time-consuming and might not always be successful. However, it is often considered a preferable option since removing harmful backlinks is generally better than disavowing them.

3. Focus on building high-quality backlinks: Instead of solely dealing with the harmful backlinks, invest in generating high-quality backlinks through legitimate methods such as creating valuable content, engaging in guest blogging, or reaching out to relevant websites for partnerships. This approach can help improve your site's overall authority and mitigate the impact of harmful backlinks.

I suggests that disavowing may help if the backlinks are harmful, but careful consideration and analysis are necessary. Creating high-quality content and seeking professional SEO guidance is recommended for long-term success.
