Its better to looking for quality blogs for blog commenting rather than looking for auto approve blog list. Because quality of links matter than the quantity of links.

Those blogs have disqus commenting system have auto approval option and these kinds of blogs give you 90% blog comments approval rate.

Blog commenting is really good but hard to find do follow blogs. if find out do follow websites so there will be hell of links.
