How to check broken links and how to fix it?

WebOutGateway

Hi!

There are many tools that can help you to check your broken link. One of the tools is Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a great free tool for tracking website performance, and it's also helpful for easily finding broken links. Another free tool is Xenu Link Sleuth.

You can simply select all such links and select Unlink. Or you can quickly edit, unlink or mark it as not broken.

If you are webmaster then use Google Webmaster Tool to find broken links. But If you are not webmaster and need to find broken links of a website, then you should use any online free tool to find them.
To fix them, first find out the reason behind a particular broken link.
