Don't trust any cheap service, many of them don't allow you to have full control on your domain name. If you're going to buy domain names, log in to:

I read in Moz's blog that Non .com domains should be avoided as much as possible. '.com' domains have more priority over '.info'  or '.biz' etc.
Here is what it says:--

"When a webmaster registers a domain name, they will be given the option to buy additional TLDs. In order to maximize the direct traffic to a domain, it is advised that webmasters should only buy a domain if the .com version is available. Additionally, it is not recommend that SEO-conscious webmasters purchase low quality TLDs such as .biz, .info, .ws, .name, etc. as a means of increasing traffic."

Hi,
It's best for you to choose your local domain sufix (like .co.uk) or just .com. If there is a chance buy all type of them and make a redirection to a proper one, or just be an owner. You never know when you might find them useful.
Cheers,
Adam
