DoFollow links are the count as back links which helps increasing the traffic and page rank of the site where as NoFollow links does not crawl by Google thus does not count as back link or does not provide any help in increasing traffic or page rank of the website

(1) Do-Follow links such a link that’s Google wants and Like. The do-follow link on a website means that it thinks that a link is credible enough to be listed on their website and they would recommend other users and search engine robots to follow this link. This is great for the link which is followed because this would increase its traffic and page rank in Google, on the other hand no harm would be done to the one who mentions this link.
(2)The no-follow link tells the search engines not to follow or index the targeted link, which consequently pass no SEO credit to the targeted site.  Human searchers see no difference in a no-follow link.

Do follow links are hyperlinks that are able to tell search engines like Google to pass along their page rank influence to outbound links.if you get or use do follow links then search engines decipher your links as back-links and you have more chances  to  receive positive values for your site's ranking
for e.g.
Dofollow Link= < a href=”http://inproblog.com”>
No follow links are hyperlinks that eliminate the ability to pass on a page rank status to other websites.
for e.g
Nofollow Link= <a rel=”nofollow” href=”http://inproblog.com”>

Search engine crawlers crawl the whole content on your webpage including images, links, keywords etc.Whenever they find a link,if the link is dofollow link then the crawlers follow the link and land on other webpage. If you want to get indexed in google and rank high on google then you have to focus on these dofollow backlinks.

Nofollow backlinks are ignored by search engine crawlers.Whenever you are linking to any website which is not of high value then use rel="nofollow" attribute in your html of the webpage.

Dofollow and nofollow are the link attributes attached to a link on any website to assist the search engine about its quality. It helps the search engine to determine if the website wishes to link their page to the mentioned link, so that the visitors could have more information about their desired topic. The dofollow link on a website means that it thinks that a link is credible enough to be listed on their website and they would recommend other users and search engine robots to follow this link. This is great for the link which is followed because this would increase its traffic and page rank in Google, on the other hand no harm would be done to the one who mentions this link.

NoFollow is a hyperlink value that tells search engines not to pass on any credibility or influence to an outbound link.
Nofollow links attributes do not allow search engine bots to follow link. That means if the website owner is linking back to you with nofollow attributes, it does not pass on link juice. Only Humans will be able to follow the links. Though some time back Google made it clear that they don’t consider nofollow link attributes but weight of such links are really less.

Example of Nofollow Link:

<a href=”http://www.linksbuild.wordpress.com/” rel=”nofollow”>Google</a>

Dofollow links allow Google  (all search engines) to follow them and reach our website. Giving us link juice and a backlink. If a webmaster is linking back to you with this link both Search Engine and Humans will be able to follow you. The best way to give someone dofollow love is allowing keyword in the anchor text. This means when you are linking to any website or page, use the targeted keyword as anchor text.

Example of Dofollow Link:

<a href=”http://www.linksbuild.wordpress.com/”>Google</a>
