Static Web Sites

For a static-content Web site, all content appearing on Web pages is placed manually by professional Web developers. This is also called "design-time page construction," because the pages are fully built while the site is being developed. Static-content Web site is developed and then maintained by experienced professionals. Such Web site usually costs less when initially developed, but then all future changes still have to be done by Web professionals. Therefore a static Web site can be more expensive to maintain, especially when you want to make frequent changes to your site.

Dynamic Web Sites

On the other hand, pages in a dynamic-content Web site are constructed "on the fly" when a page is requested from a Web browser. Dynamic-content Web site, while still developed by professionals, can be maintained directly by you, our customer. Such Web site initially costs more to develop, but then you don't have to pay Web professionals every time you need to change something on your site. If you plan to make frequent changes to your site, you most likely will be better off with a dynamic Web site.

In  static website web pages are stored on the server in the same format that is sent to a client web browser. It is generally coding in HTML.
And in dynamic website is some changes or customization are happened frequently and automatically, these changes are  based on particular criteria.

The different between static and dynamic site are as follows:-
1. Static website stand for that kind of website which is created by HTML and deliver simply information about the business. Static websites can only really be updated by someone with a knowledge of website development. Static is what created in HTML and that can't be changed very often. Each Web page is a separate document, a database or external files that code written using more complex.
2. Dynamic website stand for that kind of website which is utilized a large data base created by dynamic script like PHP, ASP and JAVA. Dynamic sites are built with some code in which you can make changes. You can change the content with the dynamic pages. These websites are designed upon.A - PHP or ASP as such - and to a greater degree of functionality.

There are many differences between dynamic and static website. Here I have mention some of them.

Static website is written entirely using HTML whereas Dynamic website is also use more complicated server side or client side languages such as PHP or Java.

Static website has no database or external files whereas Dynamic website has database or external file.

Dynamic website controlled by CMS. Dynamic website changes or update regularly whereas static website can’t be changed or update once it completed.

Hello friends,

A static website consists of a number of separate web pages that are individually created and not produced in a database for managing the website.

Dynamic websites are produced by a content management system or database with template pages that are easily changed or otherwise manipulated without needing specific HTML knowledge.

Thanks and regards
