As far as I know, shortened URL doesn't have any effect on SEO but it can be helpful for clickable.

According to Google's SEO voice, Matt Cutts, using URL shorteners has absolutely no negative impact on SEO provided the URL shortener in question is functioning properly and treats the conversion as a 301 redirect.

According to several ranking specialists, it seems that using URL shorteners doesn't lead to any negative impact on your SEO. As a matter of fact, shortened URLs are considered by search engines as any regular 301 redirects and they will thus act upon it.

Ya, definitely it works well. The normal optimized SEO URL length is 50 to 60 characters. And you can use niche related texts in your URLs for search engines to understand easily about your website.

As indicated by a few positioning authorities, it appears that utilizing URL shorteners doesn't prompt any negative effect on your SEO. Indeed, abbreviated URLs are considered via web indexes as any ordinary 301 sidetracks and they will in this way follow up on it.
