Hi I've not really looked into this much but wanted to know if this works and if it's considered Black Seo.

Two Domains

Domain 1 - www.Domain1.com - PR7 - 10,000 Back Links
Domain 2 - www.Domain2.com - PR4 - 1000 Back Links

If I point Domain1 at Domain2 will Domain2 benefit from Domain1 PR and Back Links? if so how much?

Also would this type of thing get both sites banned on Google?

I've tried searching around but not sure what this would be called.
