Hi all
Google Penguin Update, lots of websites is badly affected by these effects. Some webmaster has made changes in site including change in content, anchor linking, keywords stuffing, quality links etc to decrease the effect of Google Penguin Update. Some webmaster turned to new site and are optimizing site according google guidelines and rules. But some webmaster still in the dark and fighting penguin effects. If your site also affected by these effects, please share, which method did you choose? Either turned to new site or still fighting these penguin effects.

There's no one method. You should mainly practice these:
  • Check your backlinks and remove (when possible) all low quality links (e.g. site wide links, footer links, low relevance links...).
  • Make sure your link profile consists of diverse anchor texts.
  • Check your on page for possible over optimization issues.
