Googles sandbox effect
« on: 11-23-2011, 12:07:49 »
Guys,

I was curious if you guys have heard of or know about Googles sandbox effect for relatively new web sites. I read online that Sandbox effect may last from 6 months and up to a year. Is this true? Or Google Sandbox effect is just a myth?

The Google sandbox effect is a filter that applies to Google's new Web sites that want to be among the search results for specific phrases. The filter is to prevent spammers SEO and easy to manipulate search results to satisfy all the Google home page and site factors.

Google Sandbox is a result of alleged restriction placed on new websites. The result is that the new site does not receive good rankings for its main keywords and key phrases for a few months. Even with good content, lots of incoming links, a new website still suffering from the Sandbox effect.

Matt said that
Quote
There wasn’t a sandbox, but the algorithm might affect some sites, under some circumstances, in a way that a webmaster would perceive as being sandboxed.

Hi Guys,

Google uses many different methods to fight against SEO spammers. One of these methods is the sandbox effect. Spammers usually use black-hat SEO tactics to rank well as quickly as possible and when they are caught and the domain penalized they simply register a new domain name and start over.

Thanks and Regards
