I am a bit confused about the importance of sitemap in seo.. If we do not generate sitemap still our site gets crawled by the Spider so what is the importance of sitemap..??

XML sitemap for indexed fast and all pages is crawled by search engine, but if you can not create sitemap then your website some pages indexed in rare case. Most important if you create sitemap then your all website indexed in search engine by Google webmaster tool through.
