Does Site Explorer Yahoo count pages in your own site that are linked back to your homepage as back links?

If so how long before the information viewable on yahoo?

basically as compare to Google yahoo look fast this is my experience because i saw when i did any changes in website yahoo pick very fast as compare to Google bot
