it really depends on your site's size and the frequency of content update, if you're updating your site once a week I wouldn't make more the 80 (11 per day), unless you got more the 100 pages on site, then i would make it double.

this is only an example for the way you should measure the number of links, when doing so, you also need to consider the number of visitors.
