Follow some simple step:
1. Login your WordPress blog.
2. Go setting.
3. Go Discussion in Setting.
after that discussion window open and read all instruction clearly
4. Go Email me Whenever in Discussion
     Two Check Boxes here
   a. Anyone posts a comment .
   b. A comment is held for moderation
So checked option b

So anyone post the comment to your blog firstly comment held for moderation, read comment and you can approve or not that comment.  :) :)

There are three main methods you can use:
- by disabling it on existing posts and new post (it can be demanding especially if you already have lots  of published posts  on your blog, you will need to disable track backs one after the other and you will need to navigate to settings "Discussion" untick  allow link notification from other blogs in other to disable it from happening  on new posts;
-  disable it via control panel: you would need to log into your Hosting Cpanel and navigate to PHPMyadmin, open the database of your blog and then run this query on ther SOL tab;
- using plugin: using simple trackback validation.

Spam comments are a big pain in the ***. To prevent spam comments, bloggers end up taking strict measures such as requiring people to register or have everyone enter a captcha before submitting a comment. Spam prevention controls such as captchas, math quiz, and registration makes it difficult for regular visitors to comment.

HI

WordPress allows you to set a comment closure deadline. Simply go to Settings ยป Discussion, under 'Other comment settings' you will see the option 'Automatically close comments on articles older than'. Check the box next to this option and enter the number of days you want comments to be displayed on a post.

To enable Akismet on your WordPress blog, go to the Plugins panel and activate the Plugin. You will be prompted to get an API key from Akismet.com after you sign up for a payment plan. After Akismet is activated, you'll see a menu added to the Comments Panel that holds a list of "caught" comment spam.
