There are many tools to check your domain for SEO points.
The most important tool is Google webmaster tool and bing webmasters.
You can check your crawl errors, indexed errors, sitemaps, robots.txt and many other things using Google webmaster or search engine console.
Make sure you do not have any negative message from search engine console message box. Do check it regularly.

You can go for SEO optimizer, SEMRush, Moz's open site explorer etc. tools to check your website.

Nowadays you can check your website issues, easier than ever, just by typing on google "seo test". There will be shown different tools, that use different metrics for your site such as h1 tags uses, speed of website and many many more.

Can't verify your domain?

There are a couple of common reasons that domain verification doesn't work as it should:

The verification record value isn't quite correct. Doublecheck that you've copied and pasted the exact value into the TXT verification record at your DNS host. One common issue is not including the "MS=" part of the record. We need that too!

The record hasn't been saved. At some DNS hosts, you have to take an extra step to save the zone file (where the DNS record is stored) so that it will update across the Internet. Make sure you've saved your changes so Office 365 can see and verify the record.

The record hasn't updated across the Internet. It typically only takes a few minutes for us to be able to see the new record, but occasionally it can take as long as a few hours. If you've waited longer than that, and you're sure the record value is correct, please give us a call so we can help sort out whatever's wrong.

for me , you can check your site issues at Webmaster Tool (Search Console) to know whether your site is having problems with index, error 404 or some other problems. At Google Index section -> Index Status or at Crawl section -> Crawl Errors
