Google Analytics. It's basically a free software tool that tracks the traffic to your website over time. When I create a site for a customer, I install Analytics to their website. It's just a little bit of coding; it's not difficult and there are instructions easily available for anyone to do this. Once you've enabled Analytics you can get an awful lot of really useful information. What I do is provide that information to my customers, but they can also log in to their Google account and find that information at any time for themselves.
