You can fetch 404 error link from webmaster, when you sign in and add your website on webmaster. Then you go to the crawl error property and fetch the errors option.

no need to fetch, the webmaster will automatically give you all the errors, just head to the Crawl Errors tab.

You can do this by using a redirection plugin within your CMS. Assuming that you did not want to submit the URL for indexing and it truly should be returning a 404, all you need to do is remove it from your sitemap file.

1. Allow to 404 or 410 if the page is gone and receives no significant traffic or links.
2. Ensure that the server header response is 404 or 410, not 200.
3. 301 redirect each old page to a relevant, related page on your site.
