how to optimize embed videos on my website

I have a website and i have embedded youtube videos on my website. I want to optimize these videos for google video search results so that my website comes up in SERPS in video search. I want that google video search should show my website there not youtube.

I just want to know that how can i do this and how can i optimize the embedded videos on my website or how to optimize the embed code.

Second, add a keyword rich description to the video and submit it on different but popular video distribution sites.
