If web surfers are clicking your ad and checking out your website, but few if any are requesting information on the products and services you are trying to market, I would have to guess that what you offering is not very appealing to the reader. Your ad may be misleading and attracting clicks from the wrong audience. I would suggest looking at what you are offering on your website and figure out a better way to capture better interest. Or, fine tune your ad to better target the audience who will have more interest in what you are offering.

There could be several reasons why you are not getting inquiries on your website despite spending a significant amount on Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising. Here are a few possible explanations:

1. Poor targeting: Ensure that your PPC campaigns are properly targeted to reach your intended audience. If your ads are not reaching the right people, they may not be interested in your products or services, leading to low inquiry rates.

2. Ineffective ad copy: Your ad copy plays a crucial role in enticing users to click on your ads and visit your website. If your ads are not compelling or relevant to what your target audience is looking for, they are less likely to inquire about your offerings.

3. Landing page issues: Even if your ads are driving traffic to your website, if your landing pages are not optimized or do not provide a clear call-to-action, visitors may leave without making an inquiry. Make sure your landing pages are user-friendly, informative, and encourage visitors to take the desired action.

4. Competitor activity: It's possible that your competitors are outbidding you or running more effective PPC campaigns, which may be attracting customers away from your website. Assess your competition and consider adjusting your strategies accordingly.

5. Website usability and design: If your website is difficult to navigate, slow to load, or visually unappealing, visitors may leave before making an inquiry. Optimize your website's usability and design to provide a positive user experience that encourages inquiries.

To improve your PPC campaign's effectiveness and increase inquiries, it may be helpful to analyze your current strategy, perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages, refine your targeting, and seek professional guidance if needed.
