No,SEO can never be dead...Over 80% of the Internet's users go to a search engine before reaching a web site.When someone types your product or service's key words into a search engine if the site lists in the first page then chances are there that the user might visit the website.In short SEO is the best way to promote site and gain your desired web presence.The factors that Google considers are keywords in URL, Title, Text, Domain age,Number of visitors etc.It keeps updating the factors for page ranking. The companies that provide SEO also should update accordingly.If we get services from such a concerned company then we can definitely make SEO to be effective.I have used the SEV(Search Engine Visibility) from Thewebpole.com as they provide keyword and suggested topics,submit the site to over 100 search engines and also provide reports which eventually improved my website traffic.

No. SEO is still alive. Different people have many experiences regarding SEO. It completely depends on your efforts & strategies. Proper Planning will make SEO successful.

Since Past five years, and the Internet advertising is dominated by Search Engine Optimization (SEO), which many advertising executives, the right keywords have become much more important than the content of their current locations or the public. But this movement towards SEO was dangerous because it moved the eyes of the most important publishers to create content and keyword targets, hаcks fake, paid links, construction techniques, because their audience does not know or care.

Till search engines are present there is a need of SEO, just by having an website you cant expect people to visit your website. If a person needs anything his first priority will be searching in google or any search engine. So its very much important to rank your websites in search engine. Techniques used in SEO may be changed but SEO wont die.
