New URL no show in SERP !!! Please help ....
« on: 12-19-2016, 01:49:48 »
Good day to all forumers! I'm Ricky from Malaysia, just new to this forum. Nice to meet you all here :D I own a job portal website so called MauKerja ( newbielink: [nonactive]) In Malaysia's Malay Languages, Maukerja means Looking for Jobs

By the way, I'm got a few questions regarding my SEO issues on my website:

I have added a list of new URLs to sitemap then uploaded to GWT few weeks ago (Probably at least 1 months ago). Google already indexed more than a half of my total submited URLs (Submitted 2,048 ; Indexed 1,700).
Today, i try to search my any new URLs on Google, found that all the links is not showing on SERP. Let me provide an example:

URLS: newbielink: [nonactive]
I try to search using the exact terms in Google like this: accounting tax services jobs in johor maukerja (Result even not show after given exact search term!)

Then, i check my new URLs by using {site:} found that the link actually do exists in Google!

So, i have no idea and quite worry about my new added URLs, since after been a while, result is still not showing in the SERP, even not in the first 20 pages! (I can be very sure that my website PR still not bad.)

Is it any technical issues to cause this in SERP? Or and recommendation from all of you? Google everything come to our page to crawl & my sitemap updated everyday.

I would suggest you start optimizing the page to include that term as well.

One of the things I noticed is that you don't have much content except for the customer ads. Do not expect your advertising members to understand how to SEO there ad for favorable
Google ranking. That is your job, to get the site ranked. Now you may want to consider an internal page explaining to your clients how to incorporate key words / phrases to increase visibility.

Rest assured tho, the bulk of the work will fall upon your shoulders.
