Endless pagination is a major concern. If your last pagination page has the URL http://www.example.com/page4, then that page should result in a 404 and page4 should not have the rel="next" pointing to page 5. This sounds obvious, but it is a common issue that can cause the crawlers to get bogged down and stuck in your pagination.

Hi

Paginated content is very common, and Google does a good job returning the most ... You can also add a rel="canonical" link to the component pages to tell ... to index the page(s), and rely on our own heuristics to understand your content.

Pagination can be a significant problem for many websites and can affect how thoroughly the content on your site is indexed by major search engines.Pagination is basically the process of dividing products or posts between many pages and linking to these pages from the bottom of each respective page. Search Engines do not tend to look favourably upon pagination and in many instances, particularly if you have a low authority website, a search engine may not even look past the first few pages. Luckily, there are a few things you can do to limit the impact that pagination has on your crawl rate and ensure more of your pages are crawled by Google (and other major search engines), and particularly if you use WordPress or any other popular Content Management System.

Pagination is the process of breaking down a large amount of content and spreading it out over several pages. This is done to make it easier for visitors to read and to simply make the website look better. It can also improve SEO and lead to a higher search engine ranking. Pagination is not hard, but it can be intiмidating to website and blog owners. It's important to find the perfect balance. Knowing how to use pagination in SEO is important if you want your website or blog to be successful.
