Post by: mkjohn on 12-14-2011, 00:53:20
Hi guys i have a website which is finance related and i have created meta title for it. It's meta title is "bad credit loans | Bad credit loan | Poor Credit Loans" but when i search by bad credit loans on Google.co.uk it shows only bad credit loans as title. What is it's reason? How can i solve this problem? Can anyone suggest me on this topic?

Make sure to check your title tag has correct title which is to be display on SERP. Check title tag rather than meta title tag.

Google is displaying full-fledged titles for other internal pages of your website. Setting Home Page title for a WordPress site is little different and since yours is a WP site, you may like installing some plugins for the same.

Google change or remove some portion of  title and description according to query,in my opinion it shows only 'bad credit loans' because you searched 'bad credit loans' and only that portion of your title tag is relevant for that query so google shows only 'bad credit loans'.
