Hi,
I want to organize an SEO competition and i am willing to pay money to the winner. My problem is to find the incentives for SEO workers to join my competition.

Here is some information about the competition.
The process:
Each competitor (an SEO senior or junior) will have to write a raw text document (a simplified web page with about 150 words) which is about the information need pertained from the given query. The publisher's document will be inserted to the database of the search engine in order to be ranked. After the search engine will finish ranking all documents, all competitors will be able to view their document rank but also other posted competitors' documents. Let's note the latter as iteration.
After the first iteration there will be 19 more iterations but now, with the knowledge the competitor will be going to gather, she will need only to edit the document in order to improve her document's rank.

I am searching for both participants and incentives to join the competition. At first i am asking for several participants to test it, but after we test it, we want to organize a large scale competition.

What do you think?

Organizing an SEO competition can be a great way to engage SEO professionals and test their skills. To attract participants and provide incentives, consider the following:

1. Cash Prize: Offer a substantial cash prize for the winner. Money is often a strong motivator for professionals to showcase their skills and compete.

2. Public Recognition: Highlight the winner's achievements in industry publications, blogs, or websites. This will provide them with exposure and enhance their professional reputation.

3. Networking Opportunities: Arrange networking events where participants can connect with industry experts, potential clients, or employers. This can be valuable for both experienced SEO professionals and junior participants looking to establish their careers.

4. Career Advancement: Offer internships, job placements, or mentorship opportunities to participants who exhibit exceptional skills during the competition. This can attract junior SEO professionals who are keen to learn and grow in the industry.

5. Collaboration Opportunities: Encourage participants to collaborate and share knowledge with each other throughout the competition. This can facilitate a learning environment and enhance the overall experience for participants.

6. Certification or Accreditation: Provide certifications or accreditation badges to all participants, highlighting their participation and accomplishment in the competition. This can boost their credibility and professional profile.

7. Gamification and Leaderboards: Create a leaderboard system that displays the rankings of the participants throughout the competition. This adds a competitive element and motivates participants to constantly improve their document rankings.

The purpose of this competition is, and bonuses of the competition are?
I think that to someone or everyone involved, the contest held by you have to bring something interesting for everyone.
