First, the concept of need to understand SEO. You can go to google, youtube and search.
What is SEO?
Onpage optimization (content, tags, keywords, description ...).
Building offpage (backlink: internal links, link exchange).
This is the first fundamental step. When you have questions, you can refer seomastering forum.

First thing first. Some blogs who post about SEO might not be perfect for a beginner like you.
If I were you, I will first study SEO terminologies and know the importance of it.

Search Engine Optimization refers to the collection of techniques and practices that allow a site to get more traffic from search engines . SEO can be divided into two main areas: off-page SEO  & on-page SEO (website changes to make your website rank better). This tutorial will cover both areas in detail! Remember, a website is not fully optimized for search engines unless it employs both on and off-page SEO.

To start with SEO, you have to master the basic understanding of it. SEO, in fact, contains two main parts. But before digging deep into them, you need to make a detailed research on the keywords you will use for your content.
Some tools to track the keyword: Adwords (keyword planner), Google related keyword, Keyword.io, Uber suggest,...

After getting the potential keyword, what you have to do next are:
*First is onpage optimization. You have to do some task to optimize your content you intend to post on your website:
_H1 tag optimized with keyword
_Suitable length
_Image alt tag
_Meta description
_External/Internal link optimization
Tools to check your task: Mozbar, Seoquake,...

*Secondly, it's offpage SEO. At this stage, you will take care of some tactics on promoting your website on Google or other search engines:
_Building backlink
_Seedings
Tools to check: Google analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush...:)

Goodluck !
