Yes you are right Richard, The SEM is getting far away better results than the SEO, but its paid thing. And coming to SEO which is organic means its totally Free thing. The SEM is very demand because its consists ROI(Return on Investment). If we can invest some $10 on one add, definitely you may get 5 times on that i.e. $50. That's why many people should prefer to the SEM after done the SEO.

  I am agree with you but i think SMO show faster result as compared to SEO but it is for short time and on the other hand SEO show slower result but for long time..
