I am working on a project from last few months. Suddenly, I have noticed a sudden downfall on keyword ranking from Rank15 to Rank70. But, It just happen with only 1 keyword and all others have a stable position. I checked GSC if there is any penalty or any keyword value dilution. It was all fine.
What might be the possible reasons? And what should I do to get the rank back?

Hey pawankumar,
can you share the keyword which is dancing? and in which duration it happen kindly share that too.

Started from when? because if you have started in 2019, then everyone is facing the same issue. Google launched so many updates in 2019. So most of the sites lose the organic traffic but now it seems keywords position are not fluctuating.
so it is final that Google algorithms are the main reason and after that, your work and optimization also matter.

If Googlebot cannot reach your website because it was rejected by the robots.txt or a meta tag then it simply isn't working to rank or index your website, you are essentially telling Google that you do not require them to list your website. Most popular reason when your website has vanished from google search.

At the point when Google changes their web index result pages, regularly rank trackers need to refresh their product. This can affect the rankings they report to their clients. On the off chance that you don't discover anything on your rank tracker's site, look at their Twitter account as well. They may have tweeted about it, or have gotten tweets.

The rank drop mostly caused by the competition in the search results and I think that most of your competitors changed their strategy and make a good site page that outranks yours.

Did you change any on page SEO like the Title or H tags? Sometimes when you update a page the keywords dance.
When did the keyword drop? You can use a the Panguin Barracuda tool to see what Google updates occurred that coincides with the date the keyword dropped.
Most likely it's just the Google dance, and your keyword will bounce back to where it was, or in a higher position once you wait awhile.

One more google broad core algorithm update on 24th Sept 2019. So ranking will fluctuate more.

When Google changes the results pages of search engines frequently rank trackers should update their software. This can affect the rankings they relate to their users. If you do not find anything on the Web site of your rank tracker, check their Twitter account too. They may have tweeted about it, or have received tweets.

Hey John,
Seems like OP is on vacation or posted threads just for a count. He isn't looking for a solution but links!
And the possibility is that keywords monthly searches may be increased or decreased that can also cause the position drop.
