I like to know, What is Targeted Keyword in SEO. I saw many SEO professional, they offer their service with "Targeted Keyword ".  EX: They will rank for 2 or 3 keywords, and will be xхx€ / month.

What they mean actually.

When you optimize your site, you are optimizing for target keywords, which means creating a list of Important words or phrases which you know people are searching for it , and makes sure that when these keywords are searched for your site will be in the result pages.

  Got it. So, when we decided targeted keyword, Next step is creating content by using those keywords.

But I am confused about creating backlink. Is that also base on targeted keyword?

targeting keywords means promoting a website with particular keywords to increase ranking in search engine.
it is reaching right audience who are looking your brands, service by increasing your website in the top ranking.
just using keywords to make a website appeared on the first page of search engine, you must have analyzed that  which type of keywords are using  of search you have to collect some best keywords for your site.
