The post creates another photo post (only photo, no contents)

Hi everyone,
I have got a problem that the post has only a photo which is automatically created, and it is indexed by google. It means that I have 2 urls nearly the same: one url is the post with content, and another url has nearly the same url, but add more photo name.
More details:

I find index on google with this: site:www.vietnamdrive.com/spanish/tour-culinario-de-vietnam-ho-chi-minh-a-hue/

Question:
1) how to stop the website creates only photo post?
2) how to noindex the url which just has only photo?
