Title plays a very crucial role in On-page optimisation.Without Proper titles the meta tags would be meaningless. The keyword should be smartly embedded into the title so that it provides a meaning and the services of the website and if you include the same keyword in description too then it would be more beneficial.

Title Tag: In a standard HTML document, the title tag is defined and embedded within the <head> element.Modifications to the title tag can be made by editing the page's code in a text editor and publishing the changes to your site. Bear in mind that if you use a content management system (CMS) such as Wordpress or Joomla, site management (including page title's) will need to be managed from within the CMS. The steps to complete the process will vary depending on the CMS, but should be outlined in the help documentation.

In the context of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), titles play a critical role in helping search engines understand the content of a web page and in influencing the click-through rates from search engine results pages (SERPs).

Title tags, also known as meta titles, are HTML elements that specify the title of a web page. They appear as the clickable headline in search engine results and are important for both search engine algorithms and user experience.

For SEO, it's essential to craft title tags that accurately describe the content of the page while incorporating relevant keywords. This helps search engines determine the relevance of the page to specific search queries and influences the page's ranking. Additionally, compelling and informative titles can increase the likelihood of users clicking through to the website from the search results.

When writing SEO titles, it's crucial to consider the user's perspective while also optimizing for search engines. A well-crafted title tag should be concise, relevant, and engaging, providing a clear indication of what users can expect to find on the page.

In the realm of SEO, title tags are a vital on-page element with direct influence on a website's visibility and performance in search engine results. When creating title tags for web pages, it's important to consider several key factors:

1. Relevance and Keyword Optimization: Title tags should accurately reflect the content of the page while incorporating relevant keywords that align with users' search queries. Strategic keyword usage in the title tag can help improve the page's ranking for specific search terms.

2. Length and Clarity: Title tags should be concise, typically under 60 characters, to ensure they display fully in search results. They should effectively convey the main topic or purpose of the page in a clear and understandable manner.

3. User Engagement: Compelling and well-crafted titles can improve click-through rates from search engine results pages. A thoughtful balance of informative, engaging, and relevant language in the title tag can attract users' attention and encourage them to click through to the website.

4. Branding: Incorporating the brand name within the title tag, especially for the homepage and important landing pages, can help strengthen brand recognition and authority in search results.

In addition to the points mentioned earlier, it's important to note that title tags also have a significant impact on the overall user experience and can influence user behavior once they arrive on a website. Engaging and informative titles not only help attract clicks from search engine results pages but also set clear expectations for visitors regarding the content they will find on the page.

When users see a compelling and relevant title tag in the search results, they are more likely to perceive the website as valuable and trustworthy, leading to higher click-through rates. Furthermore, when the title tag accurately reflects the content of the page and meets the user's expectations, it can contribute to a positive user experience and potentially lead to longer on-site engagement.

It's also worth mentioning that search engines may sometimes dynamically generate or modify title tags based on the user's search query. In such cases, having well-structured and keyword-rich title tags can increase the likelihood of search engines displaying these titles prominently in the search results, thereby improving visibility and attracting organic traffic.

Overall, in the realm of SEO, title tags are an essential element that goes beyond their role in search engine rankings. They also directly impact user engagement, click-through rates, and the overall perception of a website's relevance and value to users. Therefore, crafting effective, optimized, and user-centric title tags is a key aspect of a comprehensive SEO strategy.

A title tag is the main text that describes an online document. It is the single most important on-page SEO element (behind overall content) and appears in three key places.

Title tags is one of most important factor that's help the search engine to determine the relevancy of the page against search query. Search engine plays special attention on phrases or words written in title tags. For most search engines, the maximum length of a title tag to be displayed is between 60-70 characters. If your title tag is over 70 characters, your title will be cut off around 70 characters on the search results page. Spiders or crawlers examine the title and then translate the topic of the page. This is one reason why it is always best to use your keywords in the page title, and to place them as close to the beginning of the title as possible. Remember, the text included in the title tag is also the text that will appear in the SERPs (search engine results pages) as the linked title on which users will click to access your page. In fact, just fixing the title tags of your pages can often generate quick and significant improvements in your rankings.

In the world of search engine optimisation, there is nothing more important than a title tag. Alongside the overall content of your webpage, the title is what is going to ultimately define the success or the failure of your SEO on that page, and will dramatically affect the amount of organic visitors you get, not only from Google, but from social media and other external links too.

You should give much priority to the titles as search engines do so. Use relevant and appropriate titles for your blog posts. Use the keywords in title what you are targeting in the post.

A title tag is THE MOST IMPORTANT SINGLE TAG in your page. It tells the search engines what your page is about. It also helps in increasing visitors. Consider this example.
A few months ago, I wrote a post that only got 100 visitors, I was really disappointed. One of friend told me that may be headline was the problem, so I deleted the post, changed the title, and republished the exact same post, and it got 5,000 visitors.
