You can use seoquake extention on chrome browser. After installation open seoquake then check button on for nofollow backlink highlight. After this step when you search any website on SERP then you can check dofollow backlinks.

If you're talking about checking all of the backlinks of a certain website and how many Do Follow and No Follow you have Ahrefs and Majestic SEO are pretty much number one in this regard.

If you want to easily see if a link on a page is Do Follow or No Follow I use the

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/nofollow/dfogidghaigoomjdeacndafapdijmiid?hl=en

extension for Chrome. It's doing a pretty good job. There is one for Mozzila Firefox as well.

Don't have an idea about the do-follow backlink checker tool. but you can add no follow links highlighter and by doing that you can differentiate no-follow and do-follow links on the specific page.
