This is really hard work if this tool available on the web, you need a custom SEO tools that can help you to figure out everything.

But this very simple and easy thing if you do this manually.

Simply you can do your own website SEO by following steps:-
- Find niche blogs/website who accept guest post
- Blogs content should be relevant to your website topic
- Blogs authority should be high
- Must have organic traffic on those blogs/websites
- Aged and established blogs
- Moz Spam score not more than 3%

If you wanna help about how to get high quality backlinks you can watch neilpatel guide https://neilpatel.com/blog/build-high-quality-backlinks/

Also you can get help from Google, Wikipedia and YouTube. Just type your query on the search box, you can do your own work safely.

Good luck

How Do You Check If a Link is Nofollow?
Right click on your browser and click “View page source”.
Next, look for the link in the HTML of the page.
If you see a rel=”nofollow” attribute, that link is nofollowed. Otherwise, the link is dofollow.

Getting backlinks to your site from a high Trust Flow website tells search. One backlink from a website with high TF does way more for your website than. Follow the guidelines to a T, otherwise, your pitch might not be seen.

Links can significantly impact your search performance — for better or worse.

Regardless of whether you choose to use black hat or white hat link building techniques, you should be prepared for the potential consequences.

It’s important to run a full backlink analysis and pinpoint both the good and bad links that are pointing to your site.

You know that good links will impact your search performance in a positive way, while the bad ones can potentially harm your site.
