Will google throw out the keywords?

I heard that people are coming to your site & gone from the landing page within a sec so google thoughts that the site is not proper for the users so google will throw out the keywords.. Is this true?? If its true than why my all of the keywords are gone from the google, why not that particular keyword are gone out of google from which the users are closing the website??

See, google does consider bounce rate of the website while assigning keyword ranking. If traffic is continuously bouncing back from top ranking page fro a keyword, this means it does not justify its ranking. This is why google drops ranking of such pages from search results.
