Toxic links are backlinks hurting the inquiry positioning and Page Rank (PR) of any space.

The Penguin overhauls from Google changed the web crawler situation for eternity. To clarify basically, the motivation behind Penguin upgrades was to target destinations involving top pursuit positioning results unreasonably.

You should definitely realize that it is anything but difficult to rank any space with dark cap SEO systems and these rankings control the general nature of Google pursuit.

if you don't understand what 'neutralize a toxic link' is. I have a feeling you can't tell a toxic link from a natural link either.

Toxic links are unnatural links that can negatively impact the SERP rankings of the website. Google exclude such site from its database. Toxic links can also invite a Penguin penalty.

Hi,
A Toxic backlink is any link that intends to manipulate the PageRank, or the search engine results. It's also called “unnatural links” and can be considered a violation of the Google Guidelines.

Toxic backlinks are the unnatural links that harm the search rankings of a website. Google’s Penguin update focuses on penalizing the websites that have a bad backlinks profile.

Toxic links are backlinks harming the search ranking and Page Rank (PR) of any domain.
The Penguin updates from Google changed the search engine scenario forever.  To explain simply, the purpose of Penguin updates was to target sites occupying top search ranking results unjustly.

In general, a Toxic back link is any link that intends to manipulate the PageRank, or the search engine results.

It can be a link to your site or an outgoing link from your site, it will be considered a toxic if Google decides it wasn’t natural and is seen as an artificial attempt to boost rankings. Toxic links are also called “unnatural links” and can be considered a violation of the Google Guidelines.

The term toxic link is not used by Google. It is fully an SEO chatter class invention and some are using this term to either gain users to their site and scare the beieebers out of you as well as carve out importance for themselves or sell you something.
As far as Google is concerned, there is no such thing as a toxic link. There are bad links of course, but any link that can actually gain a penalty does not happen in a vacuum. It is actually hard to do.
